Otherwise, within the scope of Law 6001:
It is obligatory to pay the toll fees and penalty amounts with any of the above-mentioned payment methods before arriving at the customs gates so that vehicles with foreign license plates with violated passes do not wait in line at the customs gates and cause queuing.
